Customer outcome & follow-up
What happens after approval, recorded by Sales.
- Sent, won or lostMark an approved quote as sent, then won or lost. Closed outcomes can be reopened. Every step goes into the quote's activity history.
- Follow-up datesSending sets a follow-up date (+3, +7 or +14 days). "Log follow-up" moves it and records the change.
- Loss reasonsPrice too high, lead time, competitor, project cancelled, no response, or other with a note.
- In-app remindersThe dashboard lists overdue follow-ups, approved quotes not yet sent and quotes about to expire, most urgent first.
- Revisions start freshA new revision of an approved quote starts with no outcome; the earlier one stays in the revision history.
